Our location at Via Torcello 22 30016 Lido di Jesolo VE, is the perfect place for those seeking the ideal combination of serenity and beach life. Located in Lido di Jesolo, one of the most renowned resorts on the Veneto coastline, this residence offers a privileged position a short distance from the sea. It is accessed by entering the same gate as Hotel Vianello, and continuing along the main avenue, you will find our building.

Booking conditions

1) SERVICES EXCLUDED air conditioning, with a price of € 6.00 per day. Any guests in addition to those by reservation, in the following days will be added a cost per person of € 20.00 for adults and children up to 14 years old € 10.00 per day, it is advisable to communicate the ‘possible arrival to the owner. Tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person for max 10 consecutive nights. Children exempt up to 10 years of age.

3) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The ‘apartment will be occupied only after 14.00 p.m., at the end of the lease the apartment must be released in the same condition in which it was obtained committing to a thorough cleaning and maintenance of the furniture and by 9.00 a.m. on the last day of the lease. Any breakages or shortages will be defalcated from the security deposit.

2) PAYMENT.
The balance of the lease shall be paid upon handover of the keys. Failure to take possession and subsequent payment in balance by the 2nd day following the date of commencement of the lease, the contract shall be deemed automatically terminated without the need for cancellation or notice of default, resulting in the loss of the deposit in favor of the owner. For any cancellation must be communicated at least 14 days before the date of arrival otherwise the deposit goes in favor of the owner.

4) SECURITY DEPOSIT.
The security deposit of € 100.00 which is understood to be non-interest bearing, will be returned at the end of the lease subject to reimbursement for damages caused to the property. Should the amount of damages exceed that of the security deposit this difference also shall be paid to the owner.
