The 20 sqm flat, located on the first floor of a quiet building, presents a well-designed space. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utilities including smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, various utensils. The kitchen has a balcony, while the bedroom offers a cosy ambience with a double bed and a folding bunk bed with balcony. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet, shower and is windowed. The flat is designed to maximise the use of space, offering comfort and practicality. There is air conditioning which is on request by paying a minimum per day extra. The beach place is 300 metres away with 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds is included in the price. You have a free covered parking space adjacent to the facility.
Booking conditions
1) SERVICES EXCLUDED air conditioning, with a price of € 6.00 per day. Any guests in addition to those by reservation, in the following days will be added a cost per person of € 20.00 for adults and children up to 14 years old € 10.00 per day, it is advisable to communicate the ‘possible arrival to the owner. Tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person for max 10 consecutive nights. Children exempt up to 10 years of age.
3) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The ‘apartment will be occupied only after 14.00 p.m., at the end of the lease the apartment must be released in the same condition in which it was obtained committing to a thorough cleaning and maintenance of the furniture and by 9.00 a.m. on the last day of the lease. Any breakages or shortages will be defalcated from the security deposit.
2) PAYMENT.
The balance of the lease shall be paid upon handover of the keys. Failure to take possession and subsequent payment in balance by the 2nd day following the date of commencement of the lease, the contract shall be deemed automatically terminated without the need for cancellation or notice of default, resulting in the loss of the deposit in favor of the owner. For any cancellation must be communicated at least 14 days before the date of arrival otherwise the deposit goes in favor of the owner.
4) SECURITY DEPOSIT.
The security deposit of € 100.00 which is understood to be non-interest bearing, will be returned at the end of the lease subject to reimbursement for damages caused to the property. Should the amount of damages exceed that of the security deposit this difference also shall be paid to the owner.
