The 50 sqm flat is located on the second floor of a quiet building. The flat has a small entrance hall where you can find the air conditioning split and from which you can access the kitchen and the bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator, it also has a sofa and a satellite smart TV, there is a balcony to enjoy a pleasant view of the private pool with solarium. There are two bedrooms, both with balconies, offering space and brightness. Each room has two beds and a folding bunk bed. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and shower and is windowed. The flat is ideal for those looking for a cosy and functional space. We have a carport adjacent to the building. Our private beach is about 300 m away, where you have a sunshade and 2 sunbeds at your disposal included in the price.
Booking conditions
1) SERVICES EXCLUDED air conditioning, with a price of € 6.00 per day. Any guests in addition to those by reservation, in the following days will be added a cost per person of € 20.00 for adults and children up to 14 years old € 10.00 per day, it is advisable to communicate the ‘possible arrival to the owner. Tourist tax of € 1.00 per day per person for max 10 consecutive nights. Children exempt up to 10 years of age.
3) ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
The ‘apartment will be occupied only after 14.00 p.m., at the end of the lease the apartment must be released in the same condition in which it was obtained committing to a thorough cleaning and maintenance of the furniture and by 9.00 a.m. on the last day of the lease. Any breakages or shortages will be defalcated from the security deposit.
2) PAYMENT.
The balance of the lease shall be paid upon handover of the keys. Failure to take possession and subsequent payment in balance by the 2nd day following the date of commencement of the lease, the contract shall be deemed automatically terminated without the need for cancellation or notice of default, resulting in the loss of the deposit in favor of the owner. For any cancellation must be communicated at least 14 days before the date of arrival otherwise the deposit goes in favor of the owner.
4) SECURITY DEPOSIT.
The security deposit of € 100.00 which is understood to be non-interest bearing, will be returned at the end of the lease subject to reimbursement for damages caused to the property. Should the amount of damages exceed that of the security deposit this difference also shall be paid to the owner.
